Not only did it mark the long-awaited beginning of a new era in the United States, it was the realization of our effort to put a worker-friendly President in the White House.   • Community Program Workers at the Ct Capitol
    Hundreds of community program workers (who care for the developmentally disabled and troubled youth) organized a one-day strike on May 23, 2007 to urge the state legislature to increase its funding for their programs.
