When will hard copies be available?
Sometime in Spring 2006.  The State of CT must put this project out for bids (a.k.a. RFP) before choosing a company to print the contracts.  As of January 1, the State had not yet started the RFP process, which typically takes three months.

Negotiations were led by 100+ members elected to the Contract Negotiationg Committee, along with 1199 organizers and staff.  Issues that we could not settle through negotiations with the State of Connecticut were decided by an outside arbitrator.
