Their first contract reduces employees’ health insurance costs, gains them access to the 1199 Training Fund, and includes raises and restoration of sick days that had been cut. Similarly, 100 Sunbridge LPNs who organized at Governor’s House (Simsbury, CT), Arden House (Hamden, CT), and St Camillus (Stamford, CT) have won comparable contracts.
